It is only 18 kilometers from Accra and about 14km from the Kotoka International Airport. Using the Accra-Tema Expressway, it is only 20 minutes drive from the airport.

The Rates are affordable and very competitive while special rates are generously given to large groups, companies and guest on long stay who may negotiate monthly rents (not daily rates) with the management.
